House Rules –

1. Loud music allowed till 11pm as per government regulations
2. Refundable Security deposit – 5000rs has to be paid on arrival
3. Checkin checkout time must be followed
4. Utensils Cleaning Charge 200rs if ordered from Zomato swiggy
5. Kitchen isn’t allowed for guest to cook.
6. Pets if entered rooms/ hall/ pool then deep cleaning charge of 1000rs
7. 1000rs for each extra guest after 8

Food options (Dream Villa)

Option 1-
Zomato swiggy you can do easily as it’s in main Lonavala. Utensils cleaning charge 300rs per day.

Option 2-
Caretaker cooks
700rs pp charges
Evening tea and pakoda
Dinner – Chapati sabzi dal rice (veg/non veg)
Breakfast – tea and poha

If you want customization in the meals, you will have to talk with caretaker about it and prices

If lunch added then 1100rs pp for 4 meals with added options in each meal
