It is a beautiful Farmhouse with large area for recreational activities located near Pune. Its surrounded with trees and greenary. Lake is at a 5 Minute walkable distance and visible through balcony of 2 rooms. Very thoughtfully designed for the comfort of your family and friends. The Machan, jacuzzi and Bbq pit are an addition like no other villa offers at this affordable price. Even that the space is this huge it is cleaned and well maintained, even the kitchen utensils are taken good care of. All these factors makes it a nice and quiet getaway from your usual routine.

**Pets are allowed in the premises and lawn area, not in the rooms or pool.**

Note-

Hotels nearby serve local food like Bhakri bhaji so it is advised by us to carry the ingredients you are going to cook or get a takeaway from your favourite restaurant and warm it in our microwave. You can pay caretaker for petrol and hotel food, good hotels are located 30mins away on old Mumbai pune highway.

    The bedrooms were large and comfy with modular kitchen and the living room was huge and ideal for unwinding with family and friends. The interiors were wonderfully done. The Villa staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

    I was overwhelmed by the villa's and its surroundings' amazing luxury from the time I arrived. The villa itself was just beautiful, with spacious interiors, and great amenities. The property had a beautiful private pool, and the employees provided outstanding service that made us feel at home.

    The food was simple yet tasty and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. I loved the Mango farm tour and relaxing in the pool. It’s a must visit!! The staff is sweet and helpful as well.

    A peace of heaven close to mumbai! I had a wonderful time with my friends at H2o greens. The place is huge so you are not confined to a villa as is the norm in Lonavala. Lakeview is spectacular and the wind is delightful

    The hero of the day was the caretaker. All the little things that we need was taken care by him, be it ice or speakers, extra lighting or cleaning. Will surely come back again! P.S. Don't miss the sunrise from the machan.
